WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SCHEDULE

Once you book me, I will make sure to reach out and coordinate all of the fine details for your session. I look forward to working with you!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?

I am based out of Pound, Virginia. Photography is a second job for me so my full time job occupies a lot of my week. I mainly shoot in and around the Wise County area but am close to Eastern Kentucky and Northeast Tennessee . Depending on distance, I may be able to travel further up to 2 hours away. Price could be increased to cover traveling expenses and will be discussed with you during the booking process. I may invoice you for additional expense to cover travel.

WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

In a perfect world, I will have the photos to you within 3-5 days. I have to allow for editing to make sure I give you the best photos possible as well as the constraints of my regular job.

HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PICTURES?

Once your pictures are ready, you will receive a link via e-mail to a DropBox folder specifically for your session. I will include high resolution photos for prints as well as a folder containing images suitable to post online to social media.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE UPFRONT COST?

Included in your upfront session fee depending on what you choose covers the communication back and forth, shoot time, editing, and online gallery to all edited digital images based on session you chose.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I BOOK?

Payment in full will be due at the time of checkout unless specified otherwise. Depending on the situation, I may be able to work out a deposit scenario for you to make payment easier. If you cancel your session at least 7 days prior to the session I will refund your deposit or allow you to reschedule at a later date. If you cancel less than 7 days I will retain your deposit and if you choose to reschedule you will pay a new deposit fee.
